5 Days of Green Recovery. One Major Shift.

Last week was a win:

  • 5/7 days of high recovery scores on WHOOP.
  • Clean eating, structured workouts, and consistent hydration.
  • Mental clarity that carried into my work and evenings.
  • Weight dropped slightly—progress across the board.

But the real win? Sustained calm.

What Changed?

  • Dinner before 7 pm
  • Low-sodium, simple meals
  • 3+ liters of water daily
  • Creatine + vitamin routine
  • Meditation before bed

“Recovery isn’t about taking breaks. It’s about living in alignment with your rhythm.”

Next Step: Normalize This

If one week felt this good, imagine what four can do.
